Welcome to (V)L$D! We strive to provide you with the best shopping experience. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple returns process.

2. Returns Eligibility and Process

2.1 Returns

  • Customers have 14 days from the date of receiving their order to initiate a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

2.2 Return Fee

  • A return fee of 10 € will be deducted from the refund amount for each returned item.

2.3 How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  2. Return Authorization: Our customer support will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to proceed with the return.

  3. Package the Items: Pack the items securely in the original packaging, if possible, and include the RA number on the outside of the package.

  4. Shipping: Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed once the returned items are received and inspected.

  • The refund amount will be the total purchase price minus the return fee of 10 €.

4. Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please place a new order on our website.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support within 14 days of receiving the order. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with a replacement or refund.
