1. Overview
Welcome to (V)L$D! We strive to provide you with the best shopping experience. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple returns process.
2. Returns Eligibility and Process
2.1 Returns
Customers have 14 days from the date of receiving their order to initiate a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
2.2 Return Fee
A return fee of 10 € will be deducted from the refund amount for each returned item.
2.3 How to Initiate a Return
Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Return Authorization: Our customer support will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to proceed with the return.
Package the Items: Pack the items securely in the original packaging, if possible, and include the RA number on the outside of the package.
Shipping: Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
3. Refunds
Refunds will be processed once the returned items are received and inspected.
The refund amount will be the total purchase price minus the return fee of 10 €.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please place a new order on our website.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support within 14 days of receiving the order. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with a replacement or refund.
